1. Handling and Assembly Protection
Use protective caps or plastic sleeves to protect the rod ends and avoid direct contact with metal edges.
Do not mop the floor during transportation. Use spacers when stacking long rods to prevent friction.
During assembly, avoid direct contact between tools and the rods. It is recommended to wipe with a dust-free cloth before operation.
2. Pre-Use Treatment
Immediately after unpacking, clean the surface with a dust-free cloth to prevent sweat and stains from corroding the plating.
Apply a small amount of lubricant (such as special metal grease) to form a protective film.
3. Maintenance During Use
Keep sliding parts clean and regularly remove foreign matter such as iron filings and dust.
Ensure the lubrication system is functioning properly to prevent scratches caused by dry friction.
Check the fit tolerances to ensure proper fit and avoid friction caused by overtightening or loosening.
4. Storage Environment Control
Store in a dry and ventilated place to avoid humidity that may cause oxidation of the plating. It is recommended to spray with rust inhibitor (such as WD-40) for protection during long-term storage.
