As a manufacturer specializing in hydraulic steel pipes, chrome-plated products, and oilfield-specific components, we prioritize R&D investment and refine our design processes, striving to provide customers with customized product solutions that meet their specific needs.
Our R&D team has long specialized in the development of hydraulic steel pipes, chrome-plated rods, pins, and oilfield pump accessories. Most members possess over five years of industry experience and are familiar with the installation methods, stress characteristics, and operational requirements of various components in hydraulic cylinders and drilling equipment, enabling designs that are more tailored to actual use scenarios.
From analyzing customer drawings, developing solutions, optimizing structures, to final drawing confirmation and sample delivery, each R&D and manufacturing step is clearly divided into distinct tasks and managed in a timely manner, ensuring that customer needs are accurately understood and effectively implemented.
We collaborate closely with production during the R&D phase to comprehensively evaluate the compatibility of design solutions with existing equipment and process conditions, ensuring that the designs are manufacturable and feasible. During the R&D process, we will continuously optimize details based on process feedback to improve structural rationality and processing efficiency.
For situations where drawings are missing and only samples are available, we can use reverse modeling to measure and analyze the structure of the actual object, and restore key parameters based on the usage environment to complete the design drawings and complete product development.
We do not take delivery as the end point, but incorporate customer feedback into the continuous improvement process. In the after-sales stage, technicians pay attention to the assembly adaptability, wear and tear, and operational stability of the product, and optimize the product design and processing solutions accordingly.
