Warranty Period Description

The warranty period for standard products is 12 months, and the warranty period for non-standard customized products is 6 months. The specific warranty period and content will be specified in the contract or technical agreement as the basis for after-sales service.

Warranty Scope Description

During the warranty period, if the product has abnormal performance or damage due to design, materials, processing or assembly reasons, we will repair or replace the corresponding parts free of charge. The replacement parts are all original standard or customized products to ensure quality consistency and structural adaptability.

The Following Situations Are Not Covered By The Warranty

Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, misuse, or improper operation.
Damage caused by force majeure such as corrosion, high temperature, fire, or flooding.
Failures caused by failure to perform routine maintenance, lubrication, cleaning, or other required procedures.

Service Response And Process

Customers can submit after-sales service requests by phone, email, or through our official website. Please provide the product number, operating environment, and problem description. Our after-sales team will provide an initial response within 24 hours and a specific solution within 72 hours, including remote guidance or, if necessary, on-site service.

Installation, Commissioning, And Training

For non-standard products with complex structures or special application conditions (such as downhole pump systems and synchronized valve manifolds), we recommend that customers cooperate with our engineers to complete installation and commissioning, and receive on-site training on equipment use, routine maintenance, and safe operation.

Post-Warranty Service

After the warranty period expires, if customers still require further support, including technical consultation, paid repairs, or replacement parts, we will provide extended warranty service or a single-service plan. The service standards and charging methods will be based on the actual workload and parts costs, and a supplementary service agreement will be signed after consultation with the customer.
