Our History
Wuxi Yushen Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd. is located on the shore of the beautiful Taihu Lake, in Yixing City of Wuxi national livable city. As early as the early 1990s, the company entered the hydraulic and pneumatic industry and has since become a veteran enterprise in this field across the country.
Integrating product research and development, production, manufacturing, processing, sales, and technical services, the company serves as a major production base for seamless steel tube, chrome-plated rods, O. D. ground and chrome-plated tubing, hydraulic steel fluid tube, stainless steel chrome-plated rods, and bar stock. It comprises Yushen Hydraulic Machinery, Chenyu Hydraulic & Pneumatic, Yushen Machinery Manufacturing Department, a cold-drawn high-pressure seamless steel tube, chrome-plated rods, O. D. ground and chrome-plated tubing, hydraulic steel fluid tube, stainless steel chrome-plated rods, and bar stock.
Our Factory
The company has its own factory, and its production lines cover raw material processing, precision machining and surface treatment. It can independently produce hydraulic components such as seamless steel tube, chrome-plated rods, O. D. ground and chrome-plated tubing, hydraulic steel fluid tube, stainless steel chrome-plated rods, and bar stock, etc., and can fully control the quality and progress from the source to the factory.
Production Equipment
The company has processing equipment covering the entire process, including box-type electric furnaces, centerless grinding lines, CNC bridges, gantry machining centers, high-speed cutting machines and through-type polishing machines. These equipment can complete key processes such as heat treatment, precision cutting, surface shaping and polishing.
Product Application
Our products have been widely used in equipment such as cranes, excavators, forklifts, sanitation vehicles, lifting platforms and tower cranes, mainly as mechanical guide rods, guide rails, and oil cylinders, cylinders, shock absorbers, linear guides and other components.
