2. Laboratory-Specific Testing and Verification
Targeted testing can be conducted through professional testing institutions: high-temperature mechanical property testing can be performed to detect creep strength and oxidation resistance at high temperatures, while elemental composition analysis can be performed to confirm that the content of alloying elements such as chromium, molybdenum, and nickel, which improve high-temperature stability, meets the standards.
3. Verification Through Operating Condition Simulation
Simulated operation tests can be conducted in high-temperature environments close to actual use to observe whether the pipe exhibits deformation, oxidation, cracking, or other failures, verifying its long-term operational stability at the target temperature and ensuring it meets your actual operating conditions.
