Production Process Flow
1. High-Quality Base Pipe: Seamless steel pipes with precision-honed inner bores are selected to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

5. Cleaning and Drying: Thorough cleaning and drying.
6. Final Inspection: Rigorous testing is conducted on plating thickness, hardness, adhesion, roughness, and dimensions.
