Production Process
1. Billet Selection: High-quality stainless steel round billets are selected.
2. Piercing and Hot Rolling: Seamless tubes are produced.
3. Cold Drawing/Cold Rolling (Core Forming Process): Through multiple cold working passes, the diameter and wall thickness are gradually reduced, improving dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and mechanical strength.
4. Solution Treatment (Heat Treatment): Cold working stress is eliminated, the microstructure is softened, and the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel is restored.
5. Straightening and Cutting: Straightness is ensured, and the tubes are cut to a fixed length.
6. Precision Honing: The inner and outer diameters are precision machined to achieve the required dimensional accuracy and surface roughness (typically Ra ≤ 0.4μm).
7. Cleaning and Polishing: Acid pickling and passivation are performed to form a protective passivation film. Mechanical or electrochemical polishing of the inner and outer walls can be performed as needed to achieve a "mirror" finish.
8. Inspection and Packaging: Multiple tests are conducted, including eddy current testing, hydrostatic testing, and dimensional testing.
